How much do you charge per hour? Our hourly rate varies depending on the job. For example, a client who is able to give us guaranteed work for a lengthy period is able to negotiate a lower hourly rate. Not-for-profit organisations and some small businesses who do not have a high enough budget to realise their aspirations are taken into consideration. We calculate the project cost accordingly based on their position in the market.
Do you provide services outside of Canberra? A large number of our clients are Canberra ACT based and with the help of email, phone and online collaboration tools, it is now practicable and simpler to work with clients interstate and overseas. Some of our present clients are based in Queanbeyan NSW, Sydney NSW and Perth WA.
Do you offer discounts? Yes we do offer discounts depending on the client or the extent of work. We currently offer a 12.5% discount to not-for-profit organisations and some small businesses.
How can we work together? The most common tools we use for communication is phone and email. You can contact us anytime during business hours however for real urgent matters after hours, you can call the director's mobile on 0410 541 178. Packages, letters and other materials can be posted to our PO Box address.
We are also able to setup an online communication tool known as Basecamp to help make our collaborations even easier.
If you live in Canberra, Queanbeyan, Yass or Goulbourn, we can arrange to meet in person for briefings and other matters. Clients living outside these areas who wishes to meet us in person may need to cover the cost of our travel.
What are my payment options? Payments can be made via electronic funds transfer, cash, cheque or through PayPal. Payment details are on the invoices provided.
Can you help me decide which visual communication elements I need for my business? Yes we can help you strategically plan your business' visual communication requirements to suit your budget.
How long do a project usually take? The length of time we take on a project depends on two factors. One is how large the project is and two is the length of time the client responds to emails and approve proofs.
Just to give you an idea, a logo design can take a week or 5 working days if the client is responsive throughout the design process. And it could take a lot longer if the client need to consult a committee to approve design proofs.
